Service Description

This course is a fun way to learn artistic techniques through exploring with texture, color, and playful mark-making. You do not need to have any prior experience to make your personalized abstract painting. In this five session course, you will learn how to stretch your own canvas, use a variety of textural acrylic and natural mediums, tools and techniques to achieve different outcomes, explore color theory, and develop an understanding of how to use the Principles of Design to create an aesthetically pleasing composition. You will create a few practice pieces, as you learn through exploration, before you create your larger final piece to take home end enjoy!
